Dancers aspiring to join EDA's 2025-2026 Performance Team must complete a summer training requirement to maintain and build upon the technique and strength they’ve developed throughout the year. To meet this requirement, students can choose from several training options designed to keep them prepared for the new dance season. Selecting at least one option is mandatory for team participation, but dancers are encouraged to take advantage of multiple programs for even greater growth!
June 2 – July 24
Dancers can fulfill their summer requirement by enrolling in at least one weekly class during our summer session. This option is ideal for focusing on a specific style throughout the break while maintaining a consistent training schedule.
July 21 - July 26 Or
July 28 - August 1
Dancers can fulfill their summer requirement by participating in a focused, week-long dance experience.

Dancers can fulfill their summer requirement by attending at least two Hip-Hop Intensive sessions.

The following dance camps are available for ages 8-12. This 1-week experience helps students keep their bodies moving and in the rhythm of stretching, learning choreography, and performing in a fun environment.
Dancers must attend at least two sessions to fulfill their summer requirement. These 1.5 hour intensives will prioritize conditioning, fundamentals, and musicality so students are able to incorporate these core skills on Performance Team next season.

This program focuses on flexibility, strength, endurance and performance quality. This Intensive will focus on getting dancers back in shape after a summer with minimal dancing so they can be prepared for the technical demands of Performance Team beginning in August.
Dancers must attend at least two sessions to fulfill their summer requirement. These 1.5 hour intensives will prioritize advanced conditioning, hip-hop fundamentals, and musicality so students are prepared for more challenging choreography in the new season.
