Recital Classes

These classes are for dancers who would like to perform on stage and are committed to building skills throughout the year, with seasonal in-studio performances and a formal performance at our Spring Recital.

Classes meet once a week from August through May or June, depending on the recital date.

In the Fall, students will build dance skills applied to an informal Halloween week in-studio performance and an informal December holiday in-studio performance. In the Spring, students will learn a routine with a focus on working together with other dancers to create an exceptional piece of choreography leading up to a formal performance in our studio's Spring Recital.

Tiny Dancers: Age 4-6

Tiny combination classes are basic introductions to dance class. These classes are structured to give our younger dancers an introduction to dance with an emphasis on how to participate in a class setting. Over the course of the class, dancers improve gross motor skills, coordination, balance, musicality, and rhythm through basic dance  and creative movement activities. Children will also learn how to follow directions, use listening skills, wait their turn, and treat others with kindness.

Taught in a fun, nurturing, and encouraging setting by experienced and engaging staff, this is a fun and confidence-building class for preschool and kinder dancers who want to try a couple of styles of dance and perform on stage in our Spring Recital.
